Contract Law

We assist clients in drafting contracts, analyzing existing contracts or draft contracts to be concluded in the future, negotiating contract terms, and, where necessary, representing clients in court proceedings arising from contracts.

Contract law includes contracts of sale, lease, insurance, service, loan, guarantee, and construction, as well as shareholder agreements, employment contracts, and any other contracts concluded between two or more parties.

Real Estate and Construction Law

We provide clients with advice on matters related to real estate – from preparing detailed plans and concluding construction contracts to issues concerning the termination and division of joint ownership.

Real estate advisory includes disputes and matters related to access, as well as issues connected to construction extensions and joint ownership.

Family and Inheritance Law

We offer clients advice on matters concerning marriage, divorce, alimony payments, and custody rights. We also advise clients on the division of joint property and other matters concerning jointly acquired assets.

In the field of inheritance law, we provide advice on matters related to estate administration and drafting wills. We also represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings related to inherited property.

Commercial Law

We can assist clients with matters arising in the field of commercial, or corporate, law. We provide advice on company formation and the holding of general meetings, help draft and amend articles of association, draft, amend, and revise agreements concluded with members of the management board and supervisory board, shareholder and stockholder agreements, confidentiality agreements, and also advise on other business-related matters that may arise in the course of everyday economic activity, including mergers and divisions.

Employment Law

Where necessary, we draft employment contract templates, analyze existing contracts, make proposals for amendments, assist clients in employment disputes both before the labour dispute committee and in court, and provide advice on how to conclude a contract that best protects the interests of the party.

Representation in Court

We represent clients in county courts, circuit courts, the Supreme Court, and administrative courts. We draft statements of claim and appeals and, where necessary, represent clients in courts of all instances. We also represent clients before out-of-court dispute resolution bodies, such as the labour dispute committee, the insurance arbitration body, and arbitral tribunals.

Debt Recovery Proceedings

If a person has failed to properly fulfill their obligations to you, we will help you resolve the matter. We will analyze the situation and propose one or more possible solutions, prepare reminders, and, if necessary, draft a debt recovery claim for submission to court and represent the client during the court proceedings.

If the debtor becomes bankrupt, we will also represent the client’s interests in bankruptcy proceedings.

Public Procurement

We assist clients throughout public procurement procedures both as contracting authorities and as tenderers, and represent clients in disputes related to public procurement before dispute committees and in court.
