Law office Leino Biin & Partners was founded in 1992. The law office consults it’s clients in all major legal matters, especially in the matters of property law, law of obligations, commercial law and labour law. The advocates of the law office represent their clients in the courts of Estonia, state and administrative instances as well as in various negotiations and other legal acts. The clientele of the law office consists of both legal entities and natural persons who’s interests will be protected as a single or permanent assignment. We consult our clients in Estonian, English, Finnish or Russian. In co-operation with various foreign partners we organize our clients’ representation in EC countries and in the republic of Latvia.
